Intelligent Insights \nAs organizations drown in vast volumes of structured and unstructured data\, the need for a robust semantic layer has become critical to enable intelligent understanding across heterogenous data. \nThis on-demand webinar\, discusses building graph-structured semantic layers that encodes ontologies\, metadata\, and lineage allowing explainable understanding of domain semantics using AI agents powered by knowledge graphs and Graph RAG. \nThis combines symbolic reasoning capabilities of knowledge graphs with generative power of LLMs for AI agents to dynamically interpret business context\, navigate complex data relationships\, and generate accurate\, context-aware insights. In the same report\, however\, Gartner also predicted that 15 percent of daily work decisions would be made autonomously with the help of agentic AI by 2028.  \nWhat do enterprises do to position themselves to take advantage of agentic AI’s promise?  Executives get excited about the prospects of agentic AI when they hear about its numerous business transformation possibilities. But then they worry about agent-based malware or other new classes of vulnerabilities and attack vectors that are emerging.  \nWhat’s less evident but equally concerning is context scarcity. Despite its name and its popularity with applications builders\, Model Context Protocol doesn’t really do more than connect agentic users and models to data resources. It’s a clever wiring protocol\, but if the quality\, contextualized data agents need to consume for their purposes\, doesn’t exist\, the agents will fail. \nOrganizations will be quick to start using MCP\, and they will worry less about wiring up and prototyping agentic AI applications\, but the problems with data quality and effective\, scalable integration and interoperation remain unsolved. \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n This webinar will review the most effective\, timely ways to build and evolve a ready data and knowledge foundation for agentic AI:\n\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n How do organizations use best practices to create contextualized data? \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n How can a good knowledge graph help with process improvement and identifying the best agentic AI use cases? \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n How do companies harness the power of knowledge engineering and standards-based knowledge graphs? \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n How do they overcome the organizational challenges that often get in the way of agentic AI success? \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Semantic search enabled in Microsoft Teams documents \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Microsoft Copilot native integration \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n And much more! \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Watch this webinar to find out more about how to boost your own organization’s data maturity so that successful\, governed AI agent deployments become the norm\, rather than the exception.\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Watch Now\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n\n \n \n Speaker\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Gerald Mann \n Gerald Mann is VP of Presales at Graphwise and a veteran sales engineering leader who helps organizations turn complex\, siloed data into actionable insights using graph\, semantic\, and AI-driven architectures. But what if we could connect the dots more intelligently? \nSmarter Retrieval for Smarter AI \nIn this on-demand webinar\, we introduce a graph-based approach to RAG that leverages the power of knowledge graphs to represent meaning more holistically. By structuring information as a web of semantic relationships\, this method enables LLMs to retrieve and generate content that is not only more accurate but also more contextually aware. \nWatch Márcia R. Ferreira and Astrid Krickl\, Data and Knowledge Engineers at Graphwise\, as they walk through the Graphwise Graph RAG framework—an innovative architecture that enhances semantic retrieval using graph-connected data. Through real-world use cases and the Graphwise platform\, they’ll demonstrate how this approach bridges gaps left by chunk-based methods and discuss practical implementation challenges often overlooked in AI pipelines. \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Discover these key takeaways:\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Knowledge Graphs are Everywhere: Fortune 500 companies are using them\, are you? \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Graph vs Knowledge Graph: Learn what differentiates a Knowledge Graph from a regular Graph. \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Enterprise Structure: Find out the secret recipe for Knowledge Graphs and LLMs in an enterprise. \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Vector and Graph: What are the differences and benefits of vector-based RAG and a graph-based RAG approach? \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n And much more!\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Whether you’re designing search systems\, building intelligent assistants\, or architecting AI solutions\, this webinar will give you a fresh perspective on integrating structured knowledge into modern workflows.\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n WATCH NOW\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n\n \n \n Speaker\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Gerald Mann \n Gerald Mann is VP of Presales at Graphwise and a veteran sales engineering leader who helps organizations turn complex\, siloed data into actionable insights using graph\, semantic\, and AI-driven architectures. Manufacturers are becoming service companies and documentation is gaining a relevance that goes beyond the fulfilment of legal obligations. The shortage of skilled labour means that technical documentation is also becoming relevant in the context of training and further education activities. This means that\, on the one hand\, the user-related or context-related provision of content is becoming increasingly relevant and\, on the other hand\, the combination of content from different sources is becoming more and more important. \nWe will show use cases on how iiRDS can be used as the backbone for delivery for creating intelligent content graphs (as the basis for digital twins) that offer content as a service by combining content and knowledge graphs. This should provide a basis for discussion and knowledge sharing. \nKey Takeaways: \n\nWhy iiRDS and intelligent content is needed to provide a better content delivery\nHow to turn content into an intelligent content graph\nSome use cases that can be covered in this combination\nHow graphRAG solutions benefit from it how the model was built\n\n(informationenergy.org)\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Register Now\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n\n \n \n Speaker\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Gerald Mann \n Gerald Mann is VP of Presales at Graphwise and a veteran sales engineering leader who helps organizations turn complex\, siloed data into actionable insights using graph\, semantic\, and AI-driven architectures. And well-structured\, semantically enriched data can significantly improve the reliability and control of content creation and also prepare content for AI. \nThis is good news for the localization industry\, because our linguistic assets like terminologies play a vital role in that! On the one hand\, terminology can directly provide guard rails for AI-based content generation and translation and make content more reliable by means of Terminology Augmented Generation (TAG). On the other hand\, terminology can feed data into taxonomies and knowledge graphs\, which in turn can enhance content delivery\, search and retrieval\, or even make recommendations on contents by means of Graph Retrieval Augmented Generation (GraphRAG). \nThis on-demand webinar digs deep into the underlying use cases and technologies and tries to establish the difference but also the immense synergies between terminologies\, taxonomies and knowledge graphs. We will show a lot of live uses cases: \n• What can you do with terminology for linguistic use cases in GenAI. We will show some live examples of Terminology Augmented Translation for terminology checking\, translation but also text generation. And we will show why the TAG approach is more precise than the often-used RAG approach.• Terminology alone can also already help for question answering\, at a similar level as RAG. There are limits to that\, though. But even so\, we will show that terminology is a great basis to build a taxonomy or knowledge graph and integrating the two makes sense.• With knowledge graphs\, you can get much higher accuracy for question answering\, for example with chatbots. But of course you can take knowledge graphs much further for use cases like auto-classification\, recommender systems etc.• The bottom line is: It depends strongly on the use case whether you want to use pure terminology or go deep into knowledge graphs. In either case it makes sense to combine the two to save time and reduce redundancies. \n(gala-global.org) \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n WATCH NOW\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n\n \n \n Speaker\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Gerald Mann \n Gerald Mann is VP of Presales at Graphwise and a veteran sales engineering leader who helps organizations turn complex\, siloed data into actionable insights using graph\, semantic\, and AI-driven architectures. What role play knowledge graphs in this? And what does all of that have to do with DITA? After they discovered the shortcomings of vector-based RAG there is a buzz in the industry around knowledge graph-driven retrieval-augmented generation (Graph RAG). This session will put the question of whether and how DITA fits into that equation. Michael Iantosca\, Senior Direct of Knowledge Platforms and Engineering at Avalara\, and Helmut Nagy\, Chief Product Officer of Semantic Web Company will demonstrate a full-scale implementation of a graph-driven RAG based on intelligent structured content. Presented by Iantosca as graph AI theory at CIDM and in Best Practices newsletters just as generative AI blasted into the mainstream\, this session will explain how DITA was used to automate the construction and maintenance of a scalable knowledge graph to drive generative AI applications along with a fully functional advanced neuro-symbolic chatbot that supports what other models lack: the ability to deterministic reasoning and inference. This isn’t your typical show-and-tell session\, but an in-depth review of how the model and solution were built\, the theory behind it\, and how other teams can replicate the same. Several years ago\, some audacious Markdown maven declared that DITA was getting “long in the tooth”. Now\, at the dawn of neuro-symbolic generative AI\, it turns out that DITA was indeed\, the future. \nKey Takeaways: \nLearn about the full story of a GraphRAG integration on top of DITA: \n• Learn how the model was built \n• Learn how the content graph as generated \n• Get an idea about the integration in a GraphRAG solution \n• Learn the theory behind it \n(informationenergy.org) \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Register Now\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n\n \n \n Speaker\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Gerald Mann \n Gerald Mann is VP of Presales at Graphwise and a veteran sales engineering leader who helps organizations turn complex\, siloed data into actionable insights using graph\, semantic\, and AI-driven architectures.
