This position is within the Creative Marketing Team, part of the Marketing Team, working on the development and execution of Graphwise’s global brand identity, high-impact visual storytelling, and cross-channel campaigns to drive market awareness and user growth.

About the Role

The Marketing & Event Production Designer is responsible for the execution and production of marketing materials and event assets that support business development and brand visibility. This role is primarily focused on the operational delivery of high-quality physical and digital collaterals used in trade shows, conferences, webinars, and field marketing initiatives. Working closely with the Creative Marketing Lead and the Event Manager, this position ensures that all event-related materials — from printed white papers to booth graphics — are produced accurately, on time, and aligned with company standards. This is a hands-on, execution-driven role with a strong emphasis on production, coordination, and logistical management.

Core Responsibilities

  • Event Collateral Production: Design and prepare print-ready marketing materials (White Papers, flyers, leaflets, booklets, roll-ups, and booth graphics) using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) or Canva; Coordinate print production with external vendors and suppliers
  • Event Asset Management & Logistics: Manage inventory and stock of event materials (printed collateral, swag, booth elements, etc.); Oversee shipping, delivery, and on-site readiness of event assets; Ensure timely replenishment and reordering of marketing materials
  • Marketing Production Support: Maintain and update templates for recurring materials (white papers, one-pagers, banners, videos); Support HR for employer branding, Prepare presentation decks and supporting materials for conferences and sales enablement
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Creative Marketing and Demand Generation Marketing to ensure accurate implementation of brand guidelines in production assets

As the ideal candidate, you will have:

  • Based in Vienna: Resident of Vienna or the surrounding area to facilitate hands-on stock management and logistical coordination of event assets from our local office
  • Advanced Design Expertise: Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Canva
  • Event Production Knowledge: Hands-on experience preparing print-ready files and managing production processes, with solid understanding of print specifications, large-format production, and vendor coordination
  • Event Logistics Experience: Proven experience supporting or directly managing event material logistics, including booth preparation, coordination of printed collaterals, swag production, shipping arrangements, inventory management
  • Marketing Collateral Development: Experience creating and maintaining recurring marketing materials (white papers, one-pagers, presentation decks, webinar banners) using structured templates to ensure consistency, efficiency and scalability
  • Web Design, CMS & Video Editing Familiarity: Practical experience managing web content (within WordPress, Figma, etc.), maintaining landing pages, and editing videos
  • B2B Experience: A solid understanding of the enterprise software or technology landscape and how to design for professional B2B audiences.
  • Collaborative Mindset: A track record of working effectively within a creative team to align design deliverables with content strategy and business goals.
  • Experience: 2+ years of relevant experience in marketing production, event design support, or graphic design with a strong print component.
