Graphwise Trust Center

Semantic Retrieval Augmented Generation

At Graphwise, trust is at the core of everything we do. We are committed to maintaining the highest standards of information security, privacy, and quality in our services.

Our Commitment to Security and Privacy

Graphwise implements a robust Information Security and Privacy Management System (ISMS and PIMS) designed to protect your data and ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our services. Our systems are built upon industry best practices and continuously reviewed and improved.

Graphwise is dedicated to developing trustworthy AI solutions with a strong emphasis on responsible practices. This commitment means we prioritize several key areas to ensure our AI systems are beneficial, reliable, and ethical:

Transparency and Explainability

We strive to make our AI models understandable. This means not only building systems that perform well but also being able to explain how they arrive at their conclusions. We focus on methods that allow users to see and comprehend the reasoning behind AI-driven decisions, fostering trust and accountability.

Fairness and Bias Mitigation

Graphwise is committed to identifying and actively mitigating biases within our AI systems. We recognize that AI models can inadvertently perpetuate or amplify existing societal biases if not carefully designed and monitored. Our development process includes rigorous testing and techniques to ensure our AI acts equitably across different groups and scenarios, promoting fairness in its applications.

Robustness and Reliability

Our goal is to build AI systems that are not only accurate but also robust and reliable in real-world conditions. This involves developing AI that can withstand unexpected inputs, adversarial attacks, and variations in data, ensuring consistent and dependable performance. We rigorously test our models to guarantee their stability and resilience.

Privacy and Security

We understand the critical importance of data privacy and security in AI development. Graphwise implements strong measures to protect sensitive information used by our AI systems. This includes adhering to data protection regulations, employing secure data handling practices, and designing AI that minimizes the need for personally identifiable information where possible.

Accountability and Governance

Graphwise believes in establishing clear lines of accountability for our AI systems. We are committed to developing internal policies and governance frameworks that guide our AI development and deployment. This includes defining roles and responsibilities, establishing ethical review processes, and ensuring that human oversight is integrated where appropriate.

By focusing on these pillars, Graphwise aims to build AI that not only delivers powerful capabilities but also earns and maintains the trust of its users and the broader community.
