– The knowledge underneath is poorly organized: data, expertise, and answers exist, but live in systems that don’t talk to each other;
– The missing “why”: without a clear business goal, a number to hit, and someone whose job it is to care about the outcome, projects drift;
– When something finally works, the prototype doesn’t grow-up. Getting AI to run in a sandbox is not the same as getting it adopted into real workflows and real decisions.
