He leads global, multidisciplinary teams delivering solutions across search, knowledge graphs, data engineering, and enterprise analytics for commercial and government clients. Expertise includes generative AI, natural language processing, data discovery and management, and full-stack architecture across cloud and on-premise environments.

Previously held technical leadership roles in research libraries and archives for 19 years. Holds Master’s and Ph.D. degrees in Information and Library Science.
